Payment Terms

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

5. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt service operations

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to ExoBoard.ai. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely to provide our services to you.

Generated Outputs

Strategic recommendations, documents, and other outputs generated by our AI belong to you. You may use them for any lawful business purpose.

7. Confidentiality

10. Service Modifications

• Update pricing with 30 days advance notice

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason

Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
• Governed by the laws of the State of California
• Brought in courts located in San Francisco, California (if litigation is necessary)

13. Changes to Terms
